BiBo Pharma offers comprehensive mammalian cell line development (CLD) capabilities for various biotherapeutics as a standalone service as well as part of our integrated CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) biologics development platforms. Starting from client-provided DNA or amino acid sequences, we utilize our EPIC2BOX® platform, that includes our highly optimized host cell line(EPIC-CHO GS®) and proprietary pBG® vector to provide a high quality and high express level (up to 10g/L in fed-batch mode) stable cell line for subsequent process development and GMP production activities.
In addition to mammalian cell culture platforms, we support an array of microbial fermentation products which includes plasmid DNA, enzymes, peptides, antibody fragments (nanobodies), and other recombinant proteins. We utilize our EPIC2BOX® platform (including E.coli, P.pichia, S.cerevisiae and B. subtilis etc. ) for strain development, which support ultra-large scale (up to 30,000L scale fermenter) fermentation and high cell density fermentation. Our integrated service offerings include comprehensive strain development, process development, analytical, formulation, and drug product development, a Drug Substance (DS) GMP manufacturing facility.
